Are they a perfect fit, or do I need to do some modifications? Also, how much will they drop the car?

if you use ITR rear shocks, you will need ITR lower control arms (LCA's) also, these can be had for around $100 a pair new, even cheaper if used, and you need one pair.

the drop will be minimal, maybe .75" but the handling will be much superior to a new '00 gsr, very balanced, very tight, very firm, very tossable too.
Not to mention how much better it should feel compared to an oem 1994 GSR suspension!
ask me how I know! I love the ITR setup in my 94 gsr sedan!

really, it is one of the best used setups to get when you consider they are what copntributes to the incredible handling of the ITR ....and especially because the build quality of the ITR shocks is fantastic, they are made by SHOWA

how about just the ITR springs, and some KYB shocks? Any problems there?
