85 crx hf....any ideas?
i just got a 85 rex hf...all stock...dont know whether to turn it into a track car or get it on the road
planning on swaping the carbed engine out...dont know if i want a zc or b16
also want to get rid of the drum brakes in the rear..will any gen. civic or tegra axels fit?
any suggestions on engine, suspension, axels, body....anything else?

if you check out the latest honda-tuning magazine, they point out a couple of ideas for the older civic/crx chassis. there was an idea in there to turbocharge a D16 which you may want to look into if you want to budget-boost.

http://www.redpepperracing.com Everything you need to know. IMHO keep the rear drum brakes and swap in the entire drivetrain/front suspension from a 1g teg.
