Default Time fo' some seats.

On a semi-budget. (aka I'm no baller)

i'm looking at either the F1spec Type I's (fiberglass)

or the NRG ITR Replicas (black with red stitching)

specs on the driver :-p
6'5" at 280lbs (I have sat in the Wide Buddy-Clubs that were brand new-not broken in, I fit. Its just somewhat snug)
This is for a daily driver. Aprox 45mins in the car every day.
Here is the car for reference.
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1662587

will the NRG seats hold up, or best invest my money elsewhere. The bad thing is that I live in Kentucky. A local shop where I can test fit seats is non-existent. Thanks in advance!
-Jonathan

EDIT: I know its not a "track car" but I do love me some twisties .

2 things I want to know about the ITR knockoffs.. how well do they hold up (seems, fading and such) and how much better do they hold over my OEM civic seats or real ITRs?

wow im supprised you fit in the buddy clubs **** i weigh 180 and i was really snug in the buddy clubs but maybe you were in the wides cuz mine were regular but if i was u i would prob go with the srd replicas just because your a bigger guy and they would prob be more comfy and your in your car for 45 min everyday bucket seats get to be uncomfortable after a while so id say the fake srd's ftw!!! sweet car btw

yea, that's my baby :-p

which knockoffs have no padding? lol. the ITRs or the Mugens.

you can get the NRGs from jhpusa, jdmshit, jdmcarboy, etc.

comfy oem ones, I have oem seats. They are comfy but they don't like to hold me at all. Real ITRs are too pricey (in MY opinion).
recommendations?

hey! someone from TN!!!
Cant wait for the TN meet. my goal is to have new seats before the meet. How big are you (if you dont mind me asking). Are you faced with the same delimma as me? lol. wonder if they would knock off even more $$ if we both bought some. haha :-)

The ITRs. I had the red ones before and didn't like them at all. They do sit pretty low though. The padding isn't as thick as a real recaro, and I didn't feel very safe in them. I'd recommend a FIA approved seat or an oem seat .
