Default V-AFC 2 wiring help on a PR-3.

Apexi's website is not of much help and neither is everything I could find searching. Few question I can think of off hand. From what I could find, it says to wire the pressure switch to c11, which on the pr-3 is a map sensor, c9 I belive is the pressure switch on the ecu. Common sense would tell me there what to wire to, but just confirming. Big questions are, where do I wire the TDC wire t? On the pr-3 c3 and c 4 are tdc sensors and where do I wire the vtc cam sensor to? Have no ide what that is. My only guess would be a cam sensor. TDC I believe is the light blue wire on the afc and vtc is the orange. thanks for any help.

i found the instructions on apex-i's website.

granted i had a vafc wired to a pr3 ECU. not a vafc II.

wiring wasnt really a pain in the ***, until i wanted to sell the vafc. this is the reason that i bought the boomslang harness with the safc on my current ecu. plug and play. so simple.

(There was an error processing a page. An error has occured that may be fixed by installing the latest version of the Japanese Language Support package.)

looks like APEX-I now has a wiring coupler of their own.

i did find the VAFC one instructions:

I'm sure i can find the VAFC-II with a little more searching.

EDIT: VAFC- II wiring instructions

Keep in mind, I found all of this using the Search function here on Honda-Tech.

I have that already, that is where all my questions came from. If you look on the ecu diagram, h1-a, is the pr-3. They are showing the pressure switch at c11, on the pr3 pinout I have, c11 is actually a map sensor. and c9 being the p/s oil switch. So where would I really wire it too. Also do I not wiring in the tdc sensor or vtc cam sensor. From the looks of everything I would say no, but then wouldn't that make the afc just a vtec controller and nothing more?

i see what you mean, you have the VAFC intructions and a pinout diagram for a pr3 ECU.

when i wired mine up, i just counted how many pins i needed to splice into... also... wire coloring made a world of difference.

any chance you can post your pr3 pinout diagram?

maybe i can figure it out and walk you through the rest.

looks like a rat's nest of information.

give me some time to read through it.
you could also try what i told you, and just take the apex-I instructions to the car and wire it with only their directions.
