Default turbo ef?

I am in the process of installing my 92-95 greddy turbo kit on a buddys '90 si hatch. I am having a serious problem with the downpipe and ic piping hitting the damn front crossmember. My question is since the turbo is mitsu tdo4h could I fit an exhaust flange for an eclipse and have a downpipe made from that flange. I want to flip the turbo around so the ic piping can run right to the front mount. So the compressor side would be on the driver side, and I wouldn't need to worry about the crossmember getting in the way of the exhaust. THANKS

The downpipe is going to hit the crossmember. You have to either notch it or beat the crap out of it. You can't turn the 15G around on the Greddy manifold, the WG would then be against the block and you'd have some seroiuose dp issues.. I have a Greddy DP that has been modified to clear the crossmember if you need it...cheap.
The IC piping is pretty easy, passenger side will basically go straight on. The drivers side will pass in front of the DP and go under the frame (it'll sit low) unless you notch a hole in the front and bring the piping thru under the headlight.

friend of mine installed the same kit on his rex, just dented the crossmember enough to get the downpipe to fit. and did some "custom fabricating" to get the IC pipes to fit. just be creative. hope this helps

he ran his right around the rad on the drivers side to the IC, then off of the IC back around the passenger side edge of the rad and up to the intake mani.
