i bought some leather door panels to match my leather interior. i just want to use the leather inserts on the door panels but i'm not sure how to swap them out.
anyone have a clue?? Doesn't look like they come out!!!

 

they don't come out....you'll probably have to cut it out....not really sure how to.

 

I can tell you that there's no way to access it from the back. Cutting is the only option, but that would be stupid b/c it'll never be just a cut and paste option.

Just replace the whole door panel with the new leathers you got...it only takes like 15 minutes for each side (if even that).

 

yup, called acura too.
they said some people can do it as a custom job, but they sell it as a whole peice.
i just replaced the whole panel. good thing they were still in good condition!
