U1102 Loss of Serial Communications for Class 2 Devices
U0122 VSA-PCM
P1298 Electrical Load Detector Circuit High Input
P0141 Secondary HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 2)
P0301 Misfire Cyl. 1 Or Random Misfire
P0303 Misfire Cyl. 3 Or Random Misfire
P0300 Random Misfire


Fired I/O board on the ECU?

Sounds like a bad ECU. Reset it and see if it throws more codes.

Seems like the PCM is tweaked. Toss a new one in there and see if it does the trick.
