just get another stock radiator. anything else for that set up is a waste of money.

You have a couple of inexpensive options. One is to buy a dual core stock replacement radiator. These are sold for the Wagovan models, but will fit into ANY 1988-1991 Civic/CRX. You should be able to pick up one of these for not much more than a single core radiator. The other option is a dual core 1990-1993 Integra radiator. These radiators feature larger hose nipples, which makes them ideal for B-series swaps. They do require different fans, however. Also, stay away from plastic tank Integra radiators, as they are often too tall to fit in a Civic/CRX.

Thread jack in progress, fool.

The DA radiators are like, 3/4 the size of the EF radiators, right? I'm trying to figure out what the hell is in my car so I can replace it.

i don't see the point in adding a larger/heavier radiator to a dd (or any car) that is not experiencing heat issues.

personally, if i was going to change things, i'd go to the lightest one that would get the job done. like what honda did, though they had a couple factors in mind that you might not (cost, dd'ability, over-capacity safety factor for intended use, etc.).

ymmv.

Hmm. I might have to take a picture to find out what it is. Long story short, the stock EF radiator doesn't have the clearance it needs on the driver's side to fit. The mystery radiator I had donated to me is about 5-6" away from the mounts on the driver's side, but it needs to be replaced.
