Obd0- obd1 wiring, Extra wires? wtf

Obd0- obd1 wiring, Extra wires? wtf
Hey im doing the obd0 to obd1 wiring crap , and i used this diagram.
However What do i do with the left over wires.??

How come everything there isn't complete, are the wires not used anymore? Or what's the deal?
For example: OUt of 15 pins on the B plug, i only see 8 on this conversion.
Is this diagram just not correct?
OH and i have two extra wires from the distributor, one is white i believe and the other is blue. Where do those go.
However What do i do with the left over wires.??

unless you want things like a/c clutch, auto sensor, ect, then you should not worry about it. follow the diagram on the internet. If you have any doubts, go to rywire.com and purchase and buy
