Bench racing is lame, and it depends a lot on the driver, but I would say maybe mid-13s to low 14s.

HP wise, you'll get 10-15hp without any other mods. Speed is still limited to your speedometer
You'll run consistant low 14s with that mod and an exhaust. The thing about the RSX (and any other car really) is you need to balance out the system. If you add intake, make sure it can exhale too. Have a ton of power? Make sure you can keep it down!
