NYC Area Swaps... How do you get around NYS's Emissions Testing??
With the new emissions/inspection requirements in NY, are people who have 96 and newer cars with older (OBD1) swaps getting through the inspection? Are there loopholes? I'm driving with an expired (since March) 10-day inspection sticker and would LOVE to hear stories and or any information whatsoever....

you will never get around it with an obd1 computer u have to have obd2 so the computer they hook to you can verify its obd2... but im not sure if other obd2 swaps work in obd 2 civics either.. if anyone knows let me know
