i made this over the week end. i used the stock crx towing plates so that i still have a spot to pull it from if i need. i also used the stock tourque rods so that i could use the stock lower control arm without modification. It cost me $35 in stock and the better part of 2 days to design and build based on a trusty tape measure and some pics ive seen of some that you buy for 400 bucks.

p.s. do not attept this unless you have good design and fab skills it was not easy.

did you powdercoat this?

 

no i just 3 coats prime and 3 paint. i wanted to keep this as cheap as possibile. but i could always take it off and blast and powder coat it. after all it took 10 min to install.

this was added as a traction bar to eliminate wheel hop. and i have not drivin with it yet but i will post a video of a holeshot for you guys.

 

i believe its called 2" but measures slightly less

i'm also a fan of diamond plate scrap and stock tow hook usage.

 

would you be willing to make some more and sell them for a decent price to the H-T ef members? (if it turns out well after you have test and drove your car around)
