it does not say that you can just use the 5 speed harness.and as well the starter is the 5 speed starter some thing that i have to have or can i just use the one i have now and do i have to use the 5 speed drivers side axle or can i just use my axle
You need the 5 speed starter. You also need the half shaft and axle for the driver side. As for as the harness, I'm not sure. I would just follow the guide.
Don't forget the actual clutch

ok thats one thing now what about the starter do i need the 5 speed starter and the harness i know in the link that you sent me he use the old harness now can i use the 5 speed harness or is it eazyer to use my harness
Though I have not yet performed this swap, my feelings are that if you want to take the time to use the 5-speed harness, it could be done. However, I feel that it would be easier to stick with the current harness and follow the wiring guide provided in the Auto-->Manual swap guide.
As stated earlier and posted in the swap guide, yes, you need the 5 speed starter. Also a quick note for you, please research on your own, especially when this topic has been covered many many times, it may save you from some flaming.
