How to smoke amber lenses
What product do you use to smoke your amber lenses?I'm bored as hell and jobless(shut up,i'm looking)I think you can find it at like a hobby shop or something?i forgot the exact name though

Dont use the model window tint...It wears off rather quickly
Here it is on my car...about 2 light coats. They look a tad brighter than they do in the picture though, they look dark here...

It looks the same, but doesnt last long. The VHT stuff is designed for this reason....

And to the OP - I use VHT Nightshades and I have no complaints. You can make a light pitch black with the stuff and the light will still get through just fine. It's wonderful.

the VHT wears off just the same if you dont clear it
smoke it with whatever you want, then clear it, and buff it out to a gloss and it should last for a long time

Mine are literally smoked from the inside. They will never fade or look dull unless the outside of the lense itself gets dull. I don't know about you, but I don't want to use some paint that's meant for model cars that will never be out in the sun, to paint my corner lenses.
