Default 91 Civic Sedan Motor Question

Okay, Just bought a 91 Civic Sedan, The body is still in good condition. However, when I drive the car in the freeway, the car starts to jerk a little. When you drive it regular on the street it drives fine, just in the freeway when you start to give it some gas.

Can someone help...

Tie rod ends, or wheel balance. My $'s on one of those!

BTW: I just went throught a BIG battle with this same prob, got two new front tires and a wheel balance and it fixed it right up!

I noticed that when I warm up the car, it does not jerk when driving on the freeway.
