I was told that passing emissions in Maryland will be impossible because I am using Crower Stage 3 cams. Could anything else besides FI fail your test?

Well that sorta is a yes and no.

Crower 3s are pretty large cams and they will run dirtier that is a given tuning helps but will it be enough to pass? Thats on your tuner, and honestly I can't see many making it pass legitly.

What exactly are the rules in maryland? If I recall correctly it's more lax then most.
