okay i'm gonna be buying an 88 ef hatch, the guy says that it has an si motor in it, my question is what motor would that be for the timeperiod, its not a b series or carburated so i'm thinking either d15 or d16, i really have not idea other than it being singlecam and non carb

drive it in Auto-X first completely stock. Read rules. Then figure out what to do. If you do to much you may out class yourself before you get there and not be competitive.

In a nut shell what I am saying is slow down, breath, and then figure out what you are going to do.

A6 is not VTEC.
