Default AEM V2 air induction system...opinions?

I just bought a 2005 Civic si hb and am looking for a good air induction system to replace the stock one. All suggestions would be appreciated.

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with the V2 ?

Stay away from the V2 or any other SRI...esp. on the EP or RSX. Think about it...you have the header on the left side and a rotor and caliper on the right...two of the hottest components on your car.

Most of the information I have seen shows that you will see losses all throughout the powerband (as much as 10hp in some cases) with a SRI.

Either go for a CAI or gut the stock airbox and get a comptech or K&N filter.

EDIT: Plus I forgot to mention that most of the SRI's I have seen rest right on top of the upper radiator hose....not good.
