Where can I buy pre-made CF plates, something in the neighborhood of 24x12 or so, maybe larger, that is thick enough to be pretty solid with 10lbs of electronics mounted to it? I have seen some stuff on eBay, and lots of Google searching, but everything is either reallllly expensive, or looks to be too thin (0.015")

Any ideas?

Got it, just give me the size you need and I'll get you a quote. All of our plates are vacuum infused and we also have some off cuts and panels with a few blems if you are looking to save some money. Of course we can sell premium stuff as well. We can do full carbon or carbon/S-glass. Full carbon is slightly lighter and a bit stiffer but not by much. Most of our stock stuff is .075" so it would be perfect for a kick panel with ignition or whatever.
