Default Requesting Pics of JDM ITR Header Wrapped !!

I am trying to find good pictures of jdm itr headers that have been wrapped in header wrap, im wrapping mine in a day or so but curious how they did it with all the shields and crap'

Post any pictures you have please


Do not clutter thread with anti-wrap post or about rust and this and that, i just want pictures of it done.

you really dont have to wrap each one....the goal is to keep the heat out of the engine bay.

wrapping a header causes the metal to deteriorate quickly due to the high heat. I would suggest jet hot coating. i guarantee you will have problems in the future if you keep your header wrapped. they will crack over time and the life of the header is next to nothing compared to not wrapping it or having it coated. just my .02

I have a jdm itr motor and header in my crx. I have heard good and bad about header wrap. I am trying to keep engine bay temps as low as possible that is the reason i did it.

ive seen 2 fires caused because of heat wrap in the past year.
&lt;--- not wrapping my manifold with it.

isn't the most important part of heat wrapping a header is to wrap the bottom in attempt to keep the header from raising oil temperatures?
