Vibrant's new black exhaust

It looks kinda nice, does anyone know if it's really loud? Loud meaning, stupid loud that attracts alot of attention.

Vibrant got a new black muffler, I saw it in a magazine. It looks nice and my question was if anyone here knows if it is loud.
