seibon fits ok.

its rear window is not the same as the mugen and it has a different angle to it.

its only popular because its a CF hardtop for 3g's and all the cf ****** have to have that.

go OEM or Mugen

Anyone know which is easier to install (Mugen or OEM)? I plan on getting an OEM hardtop in the next few months and would like to install it myself but don't know what kind of mounting needs to be installed for the hardtop.

my good friends father works for honda north america and he said the OEM hardtops fit like crap, honda doesn't actually make them they are outsourced to some company in like malaysia or some bullshit. he said to go with the mugen fiberglass... after paint it's about the same price maybe a little more than the honda one, but the fitment is better, so he told me. i don't know from experience however.

OEM since it comes assembled. all you do is install the rear catchers and its a done deal.

you actually have to build the Mugen top.

For the OEM, can anyone who can read do the HT install themselves? I'm going to go the OEM route and don't want to have to pay a stealership to do something I could do myself.
