Convertible adjustment?
Does s2k have some sort of adjustment on the convertible so that when it opens, it pretty much open all the way...In other words, id like the convertible to be more pushed down so it does not show that rubber piece on the side when crusing...let me know thanks much
i can put the toneu cover and that will make it a lot cleaner but i would like the convertible to be more plush so it does not show those rubber molding that much when looking from the side...my goal is just simply to make it look cleaner without using the toneua...
go to http://www.modifry.com/products/index.htm You answers are solved

Nope, never going to happen. the ribs and molding will not go down more without destroying it's structure.

Actually it's very possible. The previous owner of my car mentioned something about it before he sold it to me. IMO it looks better because now its flush when the top is down. I dont know how its done. So yes it's possible.
Just incase someone is going to try to call me out on this, heres the picture to prove it and did I mention I have 109,XXX miles on this car and not a single problem with my drop top.

yup same here, and it helps keep from pinching the top to prevent the ripping...

I'll take back my not so educated guess.
I notice you said you have a 2000, which comes with a plastic rear, and the frame work is different from the glass rear, do you have picture on how it could be done?
not that i want to do it but i am just curious
again, thank you for correcting my mistake
