Default Exhaust Snake pipe- WhereTB?

I think we should change the WTB acronym to WHERE-TO-BUY just for this forum here, agree? hehe

Im lookin to make a mid exhaust section for my mr2 that includes a cat & 2 flanges.
This is a picture of a previous mid pipe with a cat installed:

This time around I would just like to make it easier on myself & just use some snake tubing instead of getting bends & making tripps to the muffler shop for certain supplies. Iv found one or two places with the snake tubing, but im looking for something a little cheaper or at least mild steel tubing instead of the offered stainless stuff.

Heres what JCwhitnet racing has:

T304 ANTI-MAGNETIC TUBING
Premium grade of stainless steel contains 8 to 10% nickel plus 17% chromium. Anti-Magnetic Stainless Steel Flexible Exhaust Tubing, 3"ID, 5-ft. Roll $51.99

Summit racing also has flexible tubing, but they dont list the ID or composition.. Does anybody know of any other places that sell this stuff? I bought some locally before, but i had really bad luck with it when i went to weld it with my gas lincoln mig. I belive it was contaminated or had something addded to it other than steel bc it was just a big pain in thee arese to weld.

I would opt to go with mandrel bends or pie cuts, but napa sells that flexible exhaust tubing.

Ahhh yes, ill check out napa.

This is actually just a temporary pipe for smogging the car, so i dont plan on running this new setup for more than 50 miles if that.

thanks
