Performance: They out perform my suspension!
All season drivability: The BEST ultra high performance rain tires ever. Poor snow traction.
Ride comfort: As long as they sidewall isnt too small, they are fine.
Ride noise: 6 out of 10 on a road noise scale.
Tire wear: They will last longer than most other ultra high performance tires.
215/45-17 will have a slighty bigger diameter than stock. I had 215/40-17 on mine, and bent the TSW (Too Soft Wheels) they were on. Its up to you.

including me. but i have 205-55-15's. great performance, they slide when driven hard on the autocross courses but not too bad and are VERY predictable. they dont squeel like some tires do, its more of a riping or sliding sound than anything else.

They do not outperform my suspension... I hear the tires skidding on sharp cornering.
-all season drivability - Decent in the rain
-ride comfort - Hard to say because I had econo 195/60 tires before, now slightly lower profile and smaller tire 205/55. Ride quality is still good, just feel the bumps/cracks a bit more.
-ride noise - same as comfort, slightly worse than stock, but easy to get used to.
-tire wear - Great, 15k and only halfway worn on one pair, 1/6 on the other.
I think it's hard for you to get a general survey unless its w/ people who have the same tire size as you are planning to get.

referring to the topic line:
Well, it was a dark and cold night, and they didnt wanna leave with the roads being so bad, so they opted to stay over. Well, sure enough one thing led to another and before I knew it.........

i dont feel like writing a review, everyone covered it....
I'll say one thing...wet grip with the kuhmo's was better than dry grip on the stock michlins

Best tire for the money, hands down. Here is S.Florida, we get rain a lot, and they handle very well in it. No complaints here
I also think they are some great tires, especially for the money, I have 225-40-16 on my 16X7 and are just getting worn in. They are a little nosiey in hard cornering but for the street are fine.
I would go with a wider tire for a 7.5 wheel, 225 shoud be good for you.

I've got 215/55/zr16's and love them!!!!
awsom traction and great look...will deffanently buy another set..
so you guys like 205 55 15 712. Are they somewhat quiet and do the have rim protectors. I have Dunlop SP5000s now in 205 55 15 and there nice, but I want something with more grip and cheap since I'll have an H22 soon.
The difference between my Dunlop D60 A2 195 60 15, is night and day with the 205 55s. The tires feel more stable and not squirmy.

I have the 17x7 and they rock.
When it's pouring rain and water starts to gather on the sides of the road, I lean over to see if I can hydroplane, have yet to do so. A+
BTW: It's on side streets where no one else is so if I lost control, well I'd only be the only one to get hurt or anything due to my stupidity

Trust me, I've hydroplaned many a time. No matter what tires you have, its not fun! You basically cannot touch the gas or the brake. Your control is strickly dependent on the two tires on that side. The tires are not perfect.

not a good idea...nitto drag radials + rain = no no no
actually the thread of the kumhos looks pretty sweet, i like it.
awsom traction and great look
