Default Burning oil?

Ok so Im new to HOndas. I just got a 5th gen Lude its an 00. The other day I was at a red light and as I got off the clutch in first gear I noticed in the rear view mirror a puff of smoke that my car emitted. At the same time I felt my car bogging slightly like it was running on 2 cylinders. Once the rpms got up a lilttle bit the bogging stoppped. Shifted into second I noticed the same thing some some smoke came out but a little bit less. Same thing with the power it seemed sluggish. I know my description is kkinda vague but any input would be appreciated, anything at all. I dont even know what to check first.

Well what color is the smoke?

Blue = Oil.
Black = running rich.
