92 accord ex Installing gauge

I just bought this meter gauge the one for the dash. But the instructions are crappy i need help to install it. Which wire do i have to install it to make it turn on when i switch my head lights on.

What is this "meter gauge" called. Might be able to help if you gave a name of the manufacturer.
