b16 swap in 90 rex si- now there is a loud popping noise when turning right
ok the car has a jdm b16 w/ y1 lsd, when we first got it together i thought for sure the problem was the y1 half shaft, but I replaced it with one from a 90-93 integra, and got new axles for a 90-93 integra, and that didn't fix anything, then I found a bolt missing in the rack and pinion, and I installed a new bolt, still no fix! when u turn right and load the axle like on hard acceleration, it feels like the axle is bad and just binds up, then starts popping real loud and the whole car jerks, the car has the rear t bracket that came on the engine, not sure what it's for but it went together fine, so i"m not worried about it, the last 3 swaps i did though I used a 90-93 teg rear t brackets, so i might try that, but could the lsd have anything to do with it or the fact that most of the bushings are shot in the front end, I'm stumped and any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, josh
