I might be pulling off the vtec head i swapped on my d16a6, and i know of a 90 civic ex that has a good head an mani for $50 and i was wondering if it will slap right on? It looks the same except for a extra cable on the throttle that goes towards the passenger side, but i dont see this being a prob. Im just having some problems with the vtech head and controller so i might just swap a normal d16a6 head on to see if it will run with no problems. Well thanks for your info.

 

That extra cable is for Cruise control, I had it on my LX. The EX head BTW is just another D16A6 head.
