i was wondering what upgrades could i do 2 my f22

 

take it out and put in an h22

 

the h22 valvetrain and the transmission should bolt right up and are both good upgrades. or you could also go with the traditional I/H/E. Then again, you could always turbo the F22 since they are iron sleeved from the factory.
