Air fuel ratio all motor

I always work on turbos so I know that one but I got a all motor H22 today and I am not 100% sure on the target WOT air fuel ratio for a all motor car. I though it was 13 something but the place I bought the wideband said 10-11. I searched air fuel ration and other with no results thanks...

13:1 - 13:3 is what i shoot for.
