Default Rubbing noise

i dirve a 94 integra LS with a b20-vtec. lately...my car has been making this rubbing noise while its moving..but when i stop, the noise stops.

it sounds like the tire is rubbing against th fender linning but my car is around stock height...not even close to hitting the fenderlinning.

help me!! this noise is annoying

what can it be?

Is it when you're going in a straight line or just turns? If it's turns check to see if you have the right tire size. If it's going straight as well check the wheel bearings, they make that noise when they get REALLY bad.
