Default Anyone running 225's?

I would like to try some 225*45*17's in place of my 215*45's, these will go on a 17*7 wheel w/ a +44mm offset, anyone have a similar setup? I have HA's, so height adjusment is a possibility. Comments?

I have 225/45/16's with a 40mm offset. I have plenty of UCA clearance, and front fender clearance. I think at full suspension travel, when the car is going up a driveway funny, the rear tire MIGHT be grazing the rear fender. My car is lowered 2"

i had the same thing on my old prelude. it was dumped 3 inches and no rubbing anywhere. i don't know about 225/45/17 that might rub. i'd go with 225/40/17.

isn't a 225 too wide for a 7" wheel? that's what everyone told me...

and it really is too bad no good tires are available in 225/40!

I am running 225s on 15x6.5s. They fit fine. I know many ppeople who run 225s on the stock 15x6.5s (4th gen).
