Default Idle issues

I have a problem. When i start my car in the morning the idle bounces up and down about 1k to 1500rpm. it can be hot outside and this will still happen untile the hot cold gauge is between hot and cold. After car worms up or the gauge is in the middle of hot/cold it runs fine, But at night when you turn the headlights on it starts again>? I dont get it turn the lights of and it stops?? Please someone help asap this is getting old fast!!! by the way its a 91 accord with JDM H22 with P13

just went out side and this is what i found out. When the car is warmed up and everything lights off it idles fine but if you rapidly tap the brake it makes the idle raise higher and higher then it just bounces up and down like the lights are on???

When you rapidly tap on the brake you are causing vacuum, which is normal. Sounds like to me that either something is amiss on the throttle body (maybe the TPS or the MAF) or you have a vacuum issue. However, I assume since it's intemitant it probably is not a vacuum issue. Check out the manifold and TB sensors.

check that your coolant system is properly filled and check the fitv to make sure the ball detent has not backed itself out over time in the valve housing..
