do you still have the 99 teg harness and the 99 type R ECU? if so how much for both picked up in Sacramento? also, does the harness have the wiring for v-tec?

The obd2b r ecu will fit, but will not perform well on your gsr becuase of the dual stage IM design

yes. obd2a for integras are from 96-99.
