Default Goodbye R.. :(

Welp, its been months and months trying to sell her. I finally grew to fall inlove with my car and didnt tink of seperating with her ever.

All the sudden i get a phone call, someone wants to see my car, and buy it for his son.

30 minutes later, guy comes with his son in a brand new bentley continental worth $300,000+ , takes it for a ride and issues a check.

Im supposed to deliver it tommorow.. im real sad to see it go and getting 2nd thoughts.. expletive... why now! i woulda gave her up so easily last few months.

Anyhow.. STi here i come.

I sold it for $18,000CDN btw.

Its got 60kmiles on the chassis, about 4000miles on new shortblock.

Not to shabby.

Rims need to be redone, front repainted. Real good condition, but not mint

Well, enjoy the STI.
But you'll prolly miss the R big time in the months and years to come. Hope this new owner takes care of it. Hope this isn't some spoiled rich kid who won't care about its safety, cause Daddy will just buy him another hot car if something happens....

Out of all the cars i've owned (see sig), the STi and the ITR are the only ones i've missed. Can't go wrong with either one.

Slap some UHPAS tires on that STI and you'll be good to go for 4 season driving.

STI in snow = lot's 'o fun

Best wishes with the new car

Anyone wanna bet that the 'Daddy's boy' wrecks the caR within the next six months?

so the man issued you the check before taking the car? well, if it's not too late, keep it! when i saw the title of this thread, i thought you lost your R by getting it jacked. i guess it's better than getting jacked. good luck with your decision.

My friend sold his MINT MINT MINT 01 ITR, with a JDM front, not even a scratch and ONLY 30,000kms for $18,500 LAST YEAR.

I think i got way more then i shoul have gotten.

He gave me a ride in his aston martin vanquish too.. cool guy

Are you going to let the check clear first? I would make absolute certain that the check clears before I fork over my car.
