Does anyone in Fairfax County, VA, know when you can get emissions tests? Does it have to be close to the time when it expires? I want to get one right before I install my turbo early May, but my tags don't expire until July.

 

It doesnt have to be close to the time when it expires..there are numerous places in Fairfax County that offer it. If the gas statation has a garage and a sign that says "Virginia Emissions test center" they will do it. Usually thy start in the morning, have a lunch break and end at around 3 or 5. They are open on saturdays for a short period.
