Default 1989 Civic with d16z6 problem

I recently swapped a d16z6 into my 89 DX. When i first started it up it ran like **** on 3 cylinders.
The 2 cylinder had a burnt valve.
So i pulled the head and replaced the burnt valve and relapped the others. Now the car runs like ****. Bogs and blows blue smoke.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? compression is 150-160 all across.

valve seals?
