code 15? ignition output signal....need help
ok so i was taking off my fuel rail for a quick lil clean up and paint cause it was monstrous mess and when i was taking it off i lost that stupid little washer for the fuel feed line doh! i tried all sorts of washers and none would fit and after all that i got gas all over my engine 8(....now i finally rigged it to where it is not leaking (thanks to tinfoil! hah) but thats only for like a day cause the piece is coming in on monday but i still want to know what is causing this code 15? the car tries to crank over but nothing.... and we even tried to push start it and nothing but at first when i got it to work it ran for a lil but after a minute or so it just cut off and after that i can't get it to start
i was thinking it is cause the cylinders are flooded but why would it send a code? ive had my cylinders flooded before and it never sent a code... i can't check right now due to the fact i don't have a long enough extension to reach but does anyone have any other screnarios or things i can check?

Code 15 usually equals a bad ignitor..
See: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1656532
for trouble shooting info
and fix the gas leak before you go up in flames..
The washers are usually made of copper or aluminum.
