Default 2 pairs of rims, each different offset. is it safe?

i have 2 different pair of 16inch wheels. they both have the same kind of tires (brand and size). if the offset is different, would it be safe to roll on them? i wanted to roll a pair on each side if that makes sense. i don't really want to do a pair on the fronts and a pair on the rears.

TIA

The wheels on each axle should match. Don't put different offsets on the same axle (like you're considering).

Some cars actually require different offsets at one end than at the other.

Ya, always match left and right. Other wise you will have some crazy torque steer and your car will always pull to one side. It will be, in a sense, unstable.

Cheers.
