a normal person will not care about your JDM this and your JDM that. with modifications (and a motor swap) i would not expect any more than blue book value. you can find this out by going to http://www.kbb.com (this will give you a ROUND ABOUT NUMBER, not and exact number)
you could try selling it on here, to another "enthusiast" for more, but again, most people do not like buying previously modified cars.
good luck.

I just sold my modified '00 Jetta for kbb value. Actually I felt lucky to get bb value for it, even though I knew it was "worth" alot more.
I'd recommend putting back as many stock parts as you can (or still have), and just sell/ebay your aftermarket ones. That's the only way you're going to get the $$ out of them. Of course, that's alot more work and it may, or may not be worth it to do it. It's sure alot easier to just sell it "as-is" for whatever you can get for it.
GL with your sale.

If I were you, I would put an ls engine back in the car and sell it for 2-3k. That engine sounds like it is worth a couple grand, but having a b20vtec isn't going to increase the value of your car that much.
