I am iterested in the Mickey Ts and the Bogarts, however I am running 22x8x13" M & H Slicks with 13" Bogarts right now. How would I benefit by moving up from a 13" to a 15" wheel? Thanks.

Stepping up in slick size would be like changing your final drive ratio without changing your final drive. Basically, do you hit the top of fourth when you go through the traps with those current slicks or do you have to shift into 5th before you do hit the traps? If you do need to shift into fifth, then with the larger size or tire diameter you can possible extend the gearing out far enough to be at the top of fourth when you do go through the traps.

Also this setup may allow you to have a wider contact patch if your 13's aren't nearly as wide. Sometimes to get that larger diamater tire you also have to go wider in width too.

Ummm. Looks like both of you are running the same tire hieght. There would be no change in the RPM in which you go through the traps.

The 13s might be a little more benefical in terms of traction as they have more sidewall.

you didnt mention this point
about top end stability with the 15s
also a 13x8 22x8x13 can have the same contact as the
15x8x22, also depends on tire pressure
it depends on the rim width as these are pretty damn wide
they stick out about an inch or so but dont rub
13x8s however have a better out of the hole traction IMO
i have them because i run big brakes
but want to get rid of them as I dont drag race
just road courses now
