What kind of clutch is it? Cuz I had this same problem with my ACT clutch. Freakin sucked. And did you replace your clutch cable when you replaced the clutch?
I had the same problem one time my problem was that the throw out bearing was not put on wright were the little spring that clips on the back of the bearing ! you know were the clutch leaver the spring clips behind that. that may be the same problem you are having but good luck to you!!!

That sounds like it could be it. It could also be that your cable is stretched out too much or that your pressure plate can be defective.
