Default B20 with OBD0 Dizzy Searched!

Im am curious to know if a B18A1 OBD0 Distributor is compatible with a B20 engine. I dont want to convert to OBD0 becuase that would mean even more wiring problem which is the reason im removing the B16 anyway. I would run an obd0 PR4 ecu to with a B&M Command Flo to keep it from leaning out. I have searched but could not find a statement verifying this only that a B20 and LS are very similar except for stroke and bore. Thank you for your input.

yes, you can use a b18a distributor on a b20 head.

btw, b18a/b and b20b/z stroke are the same. only the bore is different, 81mm vs 84mm.

Thanks for the info! Do I have to alter the timing of the engine as well if I use an LS distributor? I have heard that you do but Im trying to find all this out ahead of time. Thanks.

If you use the LS distributor you can still maintain stock recommended timing for a B20.
