does JDM motor have OBD rating like in the U.S. ? or all they all OBD I?

 

Same as USDM i believe:

88-91 Obd0 or non-OBD
92-95 Obd1
96-> Obd2

 

yes the changes are the same with a slight difference that JDM OBDII uses only the plugs, but not all the extra emmission sensors and restrictions

also 96-8 ecu plugs are different from 99-00/01 plugs
