Help: Leaking Gas
Ok so every thing has been pretty fine other then my hazard lights...
But today i was playing around with a friend V6 Vtec Accord (05)
And i miss shifted 4th..
So when i was on my way back to my garage, i notice i smelt gas...
Parked at the carwash.. .

It’s leaking from the Pressure side of the Fuel rail (banjo fitting)
I toke off the pressure thing/cap, and checked the seals...
The seals seem to be shot. They aren’t completely flat...
So I put it back on, and tighten it. It didn’t leak as much. But still a little.
I will be going to Honda to get new Banjo seals tomorrow.
But i wanted to get peoples opinion

OK, went to Honda today.
They only had the Lower Seal, and i had to special order the upper.
The lower seems to be aluminum, and the Upper is Copper
Part numbers:
2128429 90428-PD6-003 (lower aluminum)
1855675 16705-PD1-003 (upper copper)
Now my question is.
The Seal that is on the car now, it isn’t the same diameter as the banjo bolt.
It’s bigger.
Is it supposed to be?
I went and got a Seal from Car Quest, but I got it the same diameter as the bolt.
But for some reason I think it has to be bigger. To allow the gas to pass though

All these images were taken from Google.com (not from my car)
Should the Seal looks like this? I think so
I bought some thing like this (from car quest)

The one that was on the car was a little thinner, which would allow gas to pass it.
Has any one taken off there Gas lines off there Fuel rail, that maybe might know whats going on here.
If not ill just wait for the seal to come from honda, but i would of liked to have my car out tonight.

Great Advice
I suggest you wait for the Honda seal. The one from car quest is prob not the right size. If you have the oem service manual, take a look in there for the size so you know for sure.

Don't use the solid gasket on the top. As you suspected, the factory top crush washer is internally splined to allow fuel to flow to the fuel damper. The bottom crush washer is solid.
