Thank god it wasn't my R!

Ok, here is the story. I'll keep it as short as possible.

I was being followed by some lunatic in a Ford Expedition. He kept revving his motor at me wanting to race. I ignored him for multiple lights, but kept following me. Finally I come to A1A and I just nail it to lose this moron. I hit a curve in the road pretty hard and lost him.... so I let off and figured he turned away. Cruising right along I see this idiot on my rear end AGAIN... so I figure ok - I'm really going to lose you now, im tired of this. I hang a sharp left turn down into an actual street and WHILE im almost out of the turn this ASSHAT decides to ram INTO THE SIDE OF MY CAR! It put me into an uncontrollable spin and I took out a sign and I lost to the tree...

There we're three impact points.
1) The truck into my rear driver side quarter panel
2)The trunk into the actual street sign I ran over going backwards (About three inches thick worth of steel)
3) The tree

The douche fled the scene. Luckily I was about 200 feet from where I was meeting up with a bunch of friends and they heard it all go down. By the time they ran down the road I was climbing out of the car all disoriented and peeling BARK from the tree off the side of my face. They asked how this happened and I couldn't remember... finally I screamed someone hit me! They asked where he went and I said he fled.
Jared and Neo both hopped in their R's and went looking for him. About 15 minutes later they came back with him and his truck. His front end was all smashed up and coolant was leaking everywhere. If it wasn't for them, I don't know how I would of explained this accident... I blacked out for I don't know how long... and apparently my friends had to dtain me because I lost it and tried to attack the guy who rammed me off the road.

Now, after my adrenaline rush wears off, the pain starts to set in. I'm sitting on the curb and next thing you know, I'm in the ambulance in a neck brace. I get to the Hospital and I'm pissed for wrecking the car and not knowing what is going on at the scene. Well, my girlfriend and about 20 of my friends arrive to tell me he failed the sobriety test MISERABLY. They cuffed him and hauled him off to jail. Apprently the guy was WAY over the legal limit and the cops had been recieving reports for 15 minutes or so of a drunk driver in a black truck going East.

What a freakin nut!

Maybe someone in jail will return the favor and ram into him.

I hope that drunk ******* goes down big time for that. I think he can get assault with a deadly weapon,wreckless drving, felony hit and run and destruction of private and government property.

I 2nd that...but then again sometimes it just gets the best of us since most asshats won't leave us the fudge alone...but i'm glad your ok...and glad there were fellow r's to the rescue..

I asked the dude if he was drinking after we found him, his responce was "no, no..noo" It was funny trying to see him pass the sobriety test, looked like a scene on cops.

We need to take pics of the tree in the daytime of the damage, there's a hole in the ground on one side because it leaned over from the impact.

Yah those ******* in their SUV's think they can run anyone off the road.....i know the situation exactly happens all the time......they dont like our cars because they make noise or look flashy or whatever and they tail you even if u move out of the way for them......so eventually my grandma tendencies leave and I just ******* punch it and forget about the asshat behind me smelling all my Vtak FUMES!!!

How the hell did they manage to drag him back to the scene?? (They must have offered him more beer, kinda like when your dog runs away and comes back like an idiot when you say you have a treat!)
