Default So i want to add some new headers to my h22a

I was looking around and I seen some on ebay for pretty cheap. Would it really make a big difference in buying the ebay ones vs buying a well known brand such as dc sports? Anyone has any insight for me that would be awesome.

Between Dc sports and ebay no there isnt much of a diffrence. Possibly the weld quality may be better with DC but performance wise they are about the same. Although I dont have in info about the NEW DC headers. They will likely out perform Most ebay headers since they have a larger collector.

OK thanks buddy. And another question. I was looking and it seems there are 1 peice headers and 2 peice headers? Any difference in performance or anything like that? Which are better to install?

You shouldn't have much difference in performance between a 1 or 2 Piece Header. It's just the 2 Piece will be easier to install than the 1 Piece..

There are better brand Headers than the DC Sports Header.. I'd say there lower on the scale, but they are above the pipes for sale on E-Bay..

Just depends on your price range and traget.. Search or check out the FAQ for Header Threads..

In my opinion those ebay headers that sell for less than $100 are no where near as good as dc sports. I have owned both.

I got an ebay header once (DC-S ) and is was such poor construction , I sent it back to the seller. It looked nothing like the pictures that were in the sellers ebay listing. Those things are crap and I would stay far away fron them.

Well I guess it depends on the header maker. I'd say megan headers are just as good for half the price of DC's.

SInce when did they make a CARB legal usdm header with a 2-1/2" collector? THe regular usdm DC headers have 2" collectors.

^^supposedly, pretty recently. However, im not sure if it is CARB legal, but then again it is a DC product, so most likely it is. I guess those industry goons caught wind of everyone doing 2.5" mods on their doo doo headers
