It does look a hell of a lot better, though I think with some wetsanding (and maybe more coats) it would really look good.

I have no doubt in that at all.. cause its very doable. Not to mention this paint job took a total of a Hour and 38 minutes with basically 0 Prep work.

For $34 and about $2 worth of electricity i think it looks 10x better than it did before. Not Very much effort was put into it.. we just did it to see if we can actually pull it off.. But im pretty sure were going to Respray it again.. Im thinkin about some cool Racing stripes or some stupid paint job just for the hell of it.

No clear coat is going to be applied to the car.. Pressure is adjustable and there are 3 different spray patterns with the gun.. i believe my friend picked it up at Home depot for $50 on sale for fathers day

I think that it looks great for 50 bucks. thats about as good a paint job is going to get with the quality of paint you used and without clearcoat and etc. But thats definitely a great 50 dollar investment. you added a lot more than 50 dollars to the resale value of the car. thats for sure

Now- What are you going to do about the front bumper missing the whole bottom half? lol

i suggest you first fix the front signal ( just get some nice amber ones )

then lay another coat or 2 of black satin -

then go ahead and wetsand // buff , do it right and you should get a nice even shine - good work

Can you mix clearcoat into the paint for another coat?

i say do the door jambs, edge the engine bay, and do the rear area.

if i wanted to use that to edge my engine bay, is it messy? will it blow overspray everywhere or is it fairly concentrated?
