Just use a tube of roofing poly from home depot. I've done this on front mounts on two of my cars, and was happy with the results.

Some people use 3m 'windoweld' from vatozone, but I think its harder then the HD stuff so more vibes get through. I've seen others shove various things into the mount voids, and they've said it worked well. Tyson is one guy who comes to mind:

I was just looking to get some Energy Suspension Inserts for the front. So since my front mount is torn/broke in several places, should I replace it with a new one and add some inserts, or do the inserts replace the inside mount? Never had to alter mount before.
Thanks

The accord has stock mount cant remember its pattern.
